Evaluate products before they hit the shelf. Vindale Research, a company operated by market research company Nielsen, focuses on product testing for goods yet to be publicly launched.  When you sign up to become a Vindale Research panelist, you typically receive merchandise in the mail and then evaluate it.  You get a $1 sign-up bonus and are compensated up to $50 per survey.  4. Get paid to go to stores. Did you know there\u2019s an app called Shopkick that gives you gift cards simply by walking into stores?  You don\u2019t even have to buy anything!  It\u2019s true! You can be your own boss and set your own schedule.  7. Rent out your spare room. Renting out lodging can be an incredible way to earn extra money.  I know some people making thousands of dollars a month, all by renting out an extra room to short-term guests.  Now, if you wanted to do this 10 years ago, you would\u2019ve had to post an ad in the classifieds or on shady old Craigslist.  Gladly, those days are over.  You can now list your spare room on Airbnb and screen prospective guests. (Guests are rated by their hosts for things like cleanliness and communication.)  8. Or you could rent out storage space. So maybe Airbnb isn\u2019t for you, because either you don\u2019t like the idea of letting strangers sleep in your home every so often, or perhaps it\u2019s prohibited in your area.  However, another way that you can make money with the extra space in your apartment, condo, or house is by renting it out as storage space where people can keep their extra stuff.  You could rent out a closet for someone to store some household goods, a spare room where people could store some large furniture, or even an extra parking spot where people can leave their vehicles.
