Investing in real estate can be a risky thing, so do as much research as possible to minimize risk.
Loss of Capital
While you can expect to make money each month from renters, to make the purchase in the first place you’ll need to lost portion of your capital.
If you want, you can still apply for a mortgage.
Nonetheless, down payment while applying for a mortgage for homes that aren’t your primary residence will be between 20-30%.
