Below is the EXACT trial by written declaration my wife and I used to context her traffic ticket.

Here’s proof of the judge’s “Not Guilty” decision: Decision and Notice of Decision.

On November 15, 2022, I was traveling westbound on Newhall Ranch Road between Santa Clarita Parkway and Bouquet Canyon Road.

On said day and location, I was pulled over by an officer and cited for violating California Vehicle Code Section 22349(a).  Though the officer alleged that I was driving above the posted speed limit, I believe that I was not driving above the posted speed limit.

This correspondence is my formal declaration plea of not guilty.  So I submit this Trial by Written Declaration and plead not guilty of violating California Vehicle Code Section 22349(a).

I declare under penalty of perjury that this statement is true and correct.
