Logan’s Story
Despite working throughout his university years, Logan graduated from UCLA with over $36,000 in student loans. Shortly after starting his first job — and a few days after turning 21 years old — he took out a $15,000 auto loan because he didn’t want to take the bus to work anymore.
With over $50,000 in debt, Logan had officially started his adult life the American way!
Within a few years of graduation, Logan was fortunate enough to refinance his student loans, which freed up enough cash flow for him to put money down on his first house hack: a four-unit property in the Los Angeles area.
Through other real estate and stock investments as well as his online business ventures — including Money Done Right — Logan was able to pay off all his non-mortgage debt, quit his job, and pursue entrepreneurship full-time before he turned 30.
